I felt that I learned so much from being part of the teleconference-Tools of Engagement: Attracting and Engaging Library User at College of DuPage. I look forward to working with both groups again! I love the positivity and excitement that is around me when I attend and take part in these conferences. Marketing libraries or any non-profit is not easy but it is very worthwhile work.
